    All around very decent buying experienc. Bekim was our sales guy and he was kind, honest and a great communicator! We bought used as a service vehicle for our new pet business. start up costs are outrageous do this helped save $. The car is extremely solid and minus a few exterior imperfections feels close to new. Thank you to all who made the buying process painless. Berlin especially :)

    I live in Elgin- and have closer Honda dealerships than this one, but I will only go to Schaumburg Honda. I bought my civic here in 2012 as my first ever New car and came back yesterday with my dad. Shiraz greeted us as soon as we exited our car and there was no waiting around. He helped zero- in on exactly what I was looking for and lined up vehicles to test drive. Shiraz was SO patient with my VERY particular father, he was professional, attentive and impressed us both. My very picky and difficult airline mechanic father was impressed with Shiraz's knowledge regarding not only Honda vehicles, but also numerous other makes/ engines. Also, he made sure my electronics and preferences were set up and that I knew how to change them later if need be (SOOO HELPFUL!!!). (my dad is already eyeing new vehicles at the same location, FYI!) I am OBSESSED with my new HRV!! Do yourself a favor and go see Shiraz at Schaumburg, Honda!

    Shiraz was so helpful and nice and personable. He was so knowledgeable and helpful about these Hondas as he is a true blue Honda lover as am I due to reliability and ease of fixing anything the car needs repair for. He showed us the Honda CR-V hybrid and we took it for a test drive. They had coffee, Italian cookies, and water bottles for customers which was a nice added touch to the experience.
